Emergency Response Plan

When a storm hits your home and you know or suspect it may have done damage, there are important steps to take quickly. Of course, the steps covered in this Emergency Response Plan assume you have already made sure your home is safe for your family.

1. Take pictures. When it is safe to go outside, take pictures of your home and any obvious damage that you can easily reach. If you experienced a hail storm, take pictures of any remaining hail.

2. Record the date, time and nature of the storm. You'll need this information later if an insurance claim is necessary.

3. Call us. We will quickly respond with the appropriate inspection and will help navigate the insurance claims process for you. Our skilled inspectors will meet your insurance claims adjuster at your home and assist them with the inspection to ensure that all damage is identified.
